Cancellation Policy

REIKI HOME VISITS: 1. If you are booking a Reiki home visit please ensure the following: a: To ensure a peaceful and focused Reiki session, we kindly request that clients prepare a quiet and comfortable space free from distractions. Please turn off mobile phones and minimize background noise to fully benefit from the healing environment. Do not have your washing machine going, make sure animals will not be a distraction. This is your responsibility. b: For your safety and the practitioners the session will be recorded for safegaurding purposes. c: Please note sessions are done seated not on a bench. A chair can be provided or a comfy kitchen chair is ideal. ALL APOINTMENTS: 2. Cancellations or Re-Scheduling in under 48 hours of your appointment will be chargeable at the full session rate.
